What is a Constitution?
A constitution is a document containing a set of basic principles for the organisation of a Union. It describes what the union is, how it functions, what it stands for, who is a member, etc.

DIT Students’ Union is the independent, democratic, voice of DIT students. The Union itself, and its Constitution are formally recognised by the Governing Body of DIT.
