Bolton Street Library Update

Please find below an update on the current closure of Bolton Street Library due to essential maintenance:

Work on refurbishing the Bolton Street library is progressing well - painting has been completed and new carpeting will commence this week. While the library remains open, access is quite limited. We are trying to keep disruption to a minimum but we are acutely aware that you may need access to materials, particularly in the period coming up to exams. The following update may be helpful:

 • Bound and current Journals; Learning and Teaching collection; Reference Books; Short Loans and Theses remain in storage but will be returned to shelves (in a new configuration) during the week commencing August 16

 • Main lending collection will be removed from shelves from August 16 to facilitate carpeting in this area

 • If you wish to borrow books in the coming weeks we suggest you do so BEFORE August 16.

 • To borrow books AFTER August 16, it would be best to ring first - 01 402 3681

 • Check the catalogue in advance http://library.dit.ie/ and you can request books to be put aside for you if available.

Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this very necessary work. We will inform you when our full library service resumes.

Don't have a lot of cash to buy a house? Worry not, because that is available to get the mortgage loans to work out all the problems. Thus take a short term loan to buy everything you require.
