Homphobia Is Gay

Rainbow Week is an annual tradition in DIT. Run by the LGBT Society, the aim of this week is to raise awareness about issues facing the LGBT community every day. We hope to dispel the general stereotypes and to educate students about what it means to be an LGB or T.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre. This national organisation offers a wide range of services to women and men who are affected by rape, sexual assault, sexual harassment or childhood sexual abuse. They cannot continue to provide support to victims, without financial aid from the public.

Tshirts: Buy your "Homophobia is Gay" Rainbow Week tshirts (Available in pink or black) from our LGBT stands, across campus all week. Just €4, ALL proceeds donated to the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre. Images are available on our facebook page.

It’s a great cause, so please support this event in any way possible.
