The Food Industry Panel are looking for participants for their food consumer panel in their Food Innovation Centre on South William Street.

Panels typically start at 10.00 and can last from 1 - 6 hours, and involve tasting and assessing products from various food manufacturers.

The GOOD NEWS is that all panelists get an incentive of €7-10 per hour, with a minimum payment being based on a 1 hour session.


Products include ready meals, burgers, pizza, yogurts, desserts etc, and we generally have free samples available from the client.

Development Internship at Ulster Bank Dublin Theatre Festival


As the Development Intern of Ulster Bank Dublin Theatre Festival you will be involved in all aspects of fundraising and event planning for the Festival. The internship will give you an opportunity to develop existing skills in a practical and busy environment.

There is no monetary remuneration for internship positions. The duration is for a minimum of six weeks beginning in March and a maximum of three months. You will report to the Development Manager, and the General Manager will oversee the internship period. You should have completed at least one year of a university degree or have at least one year’s full time work experience.

At the conclusion of the Internship you will be required to provide written feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of the programme, ways of improving the programme and any other comments you feel may be helpful.

Duties and areas where you will assist will include, but are not limited, to those listed below. Depending on your existing skills you may be asked to take on some projects as your own.

Job description

• Providing important administrative support to the Development Manager
• Maintaining and updating development databases
• Assisting in servicing relationships with sponsors, funders and patrons as needed
• Assisting with proofing and editing of print materials where necessary
• Assisting with mail outs
• Working with marketing on various projects
• Any other duties that may be specified by and agreed with the Festival’s Development Manager

Person Specification

• Completion of one year of a University degree or one year’s work experience
• Excellent proof reading skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Fluent English
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
