We’ve worked hard to be able to offer you a great value, fun night to celebrate your graduation and send
you off in style. So, here’s what’s in store:

The evening of the Grad Ball itself will begin with a complimentary Drinks Reception on arrival, from 7pm.  This will include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic fruit punch, mineral water, mulled wine and red and white wine. Dinner will be announced at 7.45pm and we will move into the main Ball Room.

Furthermore, there will be a complimentary bottle of Corona for each guest during the meal as well as a few more bits & bobs from Corona on the night too.

We’ve also arranged for some other complimentary drinks to be distributed, randomly, throughout the night.

Dinner will be followed by a performance by Bluemoose, which should serve to bring back many memories
of your best DIT nights out over the years, while also creating some brand new ones.

We'll have a DJ on hand for the rest of the night keeping you all up dancing...

To finish the night off, we'll even give you a complimentary breakfast bap in the wee hours when the
munchies kick in.

The residents bar will remain open after the Ball concludes, for all residents, providing we're all reasonably
well behaved, so the fun will continue on.

Room rates in the Mount Wolseley are €60 B&B for both single AND double occupancy. A word of advice –
book the rooms quick! They won't last.

Tickets cost €55 and are available on www.premiertickets.ie from around 27th September.

Dress code is, of course, formal.

For anybody looking to travel down from Dublin City Centre to any of the Grad Balls, returning to Dublin
in the wee hours, please book a place on the complimentary buses by calling Orla on 01 4023621 by
lunchtime on the Friday immediately preceding the relevant Ball.

A member of the DIT Student's Union Events & Marketing team will be present at the Grad Balls should you
need to speak to us. If you can't spot us please ask a member of the hotel staff to track us down for you.

We hope you have a fantastic evening and we'll see you there!

DIT Students' Union Events & Marketing Team. Ph: 01 4023621 and ask for Orla
